Material Selection
Air Spring Material: Air springs are usually made of rubber materials with high strength, wear resistance, and good flexibility, such as nitrile rubber. The cord layer inside is generally made of high-strength polyester fiber or steel wire to enhance the bearing capacity and fatigue resistance of air springs and ensure that there will be no problems such as rupture or deformation during long-term use.
Shock Absorber Material: The piston rod of the shock absorber mostly selects high-strength alloy steel, such as chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, to ensure that it can withstand large axial loads and impacts. The cylinder and other structural parts of the shock absorber are usually made of high-quality carbon steel or aluminum alloy. While ensuring strength, it can also effectively reduce weight and improve the fuel economy of vehicles.
