Structural design
Sleeve structure: Adopting a sleeve design, the inner cylinder closely matches with the piston rod, while the outer cylinder is connected to the frame or vehicle body. This structure can effectively protect the piston rod from being eroded and collided by external impurities, and at the same time help improve the overall stability and reliability of the shock absorber.
Pocket spring: The pocket spring is the key elastic element of this suspension system, consisting of a rubber airbag and internal compressed air. It has good elasticity and flexibility and can automatically adjust the stiffness and height of the suspension according to different road conditions and load conditions, thus providing a comfortable driving environment for the cab.
Material selection
Piston rod: Generally, high-strength alloy steel is selected for manufacturing, such as chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. This material has excellent strength and toughness, can withstand large axial loads and impacts, and ensure that the piston rod will not deform or break during long-term use.
Pocket spring rubber airbag: Mostly made of high-quality natural rubber or synthetic rubber, such as nitrile rubber. These rubber materials have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, can maintain stable performance in harsh working environments, and effectively extend the service life of the pocket spring.
