Working Principle
Air support and cushioning: By filling compressed air into the air bellows, it expands and generates elastic force, thereby supporting the weight of the cab. When the vehicle is driving on an uneven road surface, the bumps and vibrations of the road will cause the cab to move up and down. The air bellows will absorb and buffer these vibration energies during compression and stretching, reducing the shaking and bumping of the cab and providing a comfortable driving environment for the driver.
Pressure regulation and height control: Connected to the vehicle's air suspension system, it automatically adjusts the air pressure inside the air bellows according to the vehicle's load changes and driving posture, thereby realizing automatic adjustment and maintenance of the cab height. For example, when the vehicle is loaded with cargo, the system will automatically increase the air pressure inside the air bellows to raise the cab to an appropriate height and maintain the vehicle's horizontal posture; when the vehicle unloads cargo, the air pressure will be reduced accordingly to restore the cab to its normal height.
Synergistic damping effect: Works closely with the shock absorber to jointly play a damping role. The shock absorber mainly consumes vibration energy through damping force, while the air bellows buffers vibration through elastic deformation. The two complement each other to form a complete damping system, effectively improving the ride smoothness and comfort of the vehicle.
