Working principle
Inflation and deflation: The air suspension system inflates the compressed air into the air spring through the on-board air compressor, making the airbag expand and support the weight of the vehicle. When the vehicle load changes or the driving height needs to be adjusted, the system will automatically control the inflow or outflow of air to maintain the vehicle's horizontal posture and appropriate driving height.
Shock absorption and buffering: During the vehicle driving process, when encountering uneven road surfaces or impacts, the air spring and shock absorber work together to absorb and consume vibration energy. The elastic deformation of the airbag can buffer the impact force, while the shock absorber converts the vibration energy into heat energy and dissipates it through the action of damping force, thereby reducing the vehicle's vibration and bumpiness and improving driving comfort and stability.
