Structure design
Airbag structure: The airbag made of high-strength rubber is usually used as the main elastic element, which can withstand large pressure and deformation to meet the shock absorption needs under different road conditions. These airbags generally have a multi-layer structure, including an inner airtight layer, an intermediate reinforcing layer, and an outer wear-resistant layer, thus ensuring the airtightness, strength, and durability of the airbag.
Integration of shock absorber and airbag: The shock absorber and airbag are closely combined to form an air suspension system. The piston, valve and other components inside the shock absorber are precisely designed and adjusted to effectively control the gas flow and pressure changes, so as to achieve accurate buffering and suppression of vehicle vibration.
Installation interface: Specially designed installation interfaces are provided to ensure accurate and firm connection with truck frame, axle and other components. These interfaces usually adopt standardized sizes and shapes for easy installation and replacement, and can ensure the stability and reliability of the air suspension system during vehicle driving.
