Sealing Performance
The sealing of air springs and shock absorbers is the key to ensuring their normal operation. At the rubber seal of the air spring, a special sealing structure and high-quality sealing materials are adopted, which can effectively prevent air leakage. There are also high-precision sealing elements between the piston and cylinder of the shock absorber to prevent the leakage of oil (if it is a gas-oil hybrid shock absorber) or gas. Generally speaking, the leakage rate of these sealing elements is very low. Under normal use conditions, it can ensure that air does not need to be replenished frequently or sealing elements do not need to be replaced for several years or even longer.
Protective MeasuresIn order to prevent damage to the shock absorber air suspension by external factors, protective devices are usually installed on the outside. For example, there may be a rubber sheath around the air spring to prevent dust, sand and other impurities from entering the interior of the air spring. At the same time, it can also play a certain buffering role and protect the air spring from collision. The shock absorber housing may be treated with anti-corrosion measures, such as spraying anti-corrosion paint, etc., to resist corrosion factors such as rain and salt and prolong the service life of the shock absorber.
