Material Selection
Rubber Material: Airbags and seals usually adopt high-performance rubber materials, such as a mixed formula of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has excellent fatigue resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can maintain good performance under different environmental conditions.
Metal Components: Metal components such as pistons and cylinders are mostly made of high-strength aluminum alloys or steels. After special surface treatments such as anodizing and galvanizing, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the components are improved, and the service life of the shock absorber is prolonged.
Working Principle
Shock Absorption Principle: When the vehicle encounters a bumpy road during driving, the cab generates up and down vibrations. The airbag of the air spring shock absorber is compressed, and the internal air pressure rises, absorbing and storing vibration energy. When the vibration weakens, the air pressure in the airbag pushes the piston and the vehicle body to reset and releases the stored energy, thereby playing a role in shock absorption and buffering.
Damping Adjustment: By adjusting the size of the damping hole inside the shock absorber or using variable damping technology, the damping force is automatically adjusted according to different road conditions and driving conditions, so that the cab can maintain good comfort during driving and ensure sufficient stability and controllability.
