Product Structure and Principle
Air Spring Main Body: The airbag is made of high-strength, wear-resistant and flexible rubber material. Compressed air is filled inside. The compressibility of air is used to achieve elastic effect. The design and manufacturing process of the capsule body is advanced, which can withstand large pressure and repeated expansion and contraction deformation, ensuring the reliability and service life of the product .
Shock Absorber Part: Works in coordination with the air spring. Usually, a hydraulic shock absorber is used, which has components such as piston, piston rod, and oil. When vibration occurs during vehicle driving, the piston moves up and down inside the cylinder. The oil flows between chambers through different pores, generating damping force, thereby suppressing excessive expansion and contraction of the spring and the transmission of vibration, making the vehicle run more smoothly .
Working Principle: Based on the compressibility of air and the principle of hydraulic damping, when the vehicle encounters road bumps or unevenness, the air spring first compresses or stretches to absorb and buffer vibration energy. At the same time, the shock absorber generates corresponding damping force to control the movement speed and amplitude of the spring. Together, they reduce the impact of vibration on the cab and provide a comfortable riding experience for drivers and passengers .
