Working Principle
Air Pressure Regulation and Support: This air spring shock absorber fills the rubber airbag with compressed air through the vehicle's air suspension system to achieve the support and shock absorption functions for the vehicle. The air suspension system will automatically adjust the air pressure in the airbag according to the vehicle's load condition and driving road condition. When the vehicle load increases, the system will increase the air pressure of the airbag to make the shock absorber harder, thereby providing sufficient support force to prevent excessive sinking of the vehicle body; on the contrary, when the load is reduced, the air pressure is lowered and the shock absorber becomes softer to ensure the comfort of the vehicle.
Shock Absorption and Buffering: During vehicle driving, when encountering uneven road surfaces or potholes, the wheels will generate up-and-down vibrations. At this time, the rubber airbag of the air spring shock absorber will undergo elastic deformation under the action of air pressure, absorb and store vibration energy, and convert it into heat energy and dissipate it, thereby effectively reducing the vehicle's vibration and jolting. At the same time, the internal coil will also generate elastic deformation during the vibration process and work in coordination with the rubber airbag to further enhance the shock absorption effect, making the vehicle run more smoothly and improving driving comfort and handling stability.
