Structure Design
Single-tube Structure: Adopting a single-tube design. Compared with traditional double-tube shock absorbers, single-tube shock absorbers have a more compact structure and can utilize space more effectively. They provide better adaptability within the limited installation space of truck cab suspensions. The single tube contains key components such as pistons, piston rods, hydraulic oil, and gas, forming a relatively independent and efficient shock absorption system.
High-strength Materials: The cylinder of the shock absorber is usually made of high-strength steel, which has excellent compression resistance and fatigue resistance. It can withstand the huge impact force generated by trucks during driving and ensure that the shock absorber will not deform or be damaged during long-term use. Pistons and piston rods are made of wear-resistant materials. After fine processing and surface treatment, they ensure sealing and smoothness during high-speed reciprocating motion, reducing energy loss and wear.
Sealing System: Equipped with high-performance sealing elements such as oil seals and dust seals. These sealing elements are made of special rubber materials and have good oil resistance, wear resistance, and temperature resistance. They can effectively prevent hydraulic oil leakage, maintain stable pressure inside the shock absorber, and ensure the normal operation of the shock absorber. At the same time, good sealing performance can also prevent external impurities such as dust and moisture from entering the shock absorber interior and prolong the service life of the shock absorber.
