Durability and Quality Assurance
Material Durability:The material selection for shock absorber components focuses on durability. For example, the surface of the piston rod undergoes special chrome plating or nitriding treatment to increase surface hardness and wear resistance and prevent rust and corrosion. The oil seal is made of high-performance rubber material, which can maintain good sealing performance under long-term reciprocating motion and different environmental temperatures and prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
Quality Testing and Certification:Products usually undergo strict quality tests before leaving the factory, including durability tests, performance tests, and environmental adaptability tests. For example, tests are conducted on a durability test bench that simulates millions of kilometers of vehicle driving, and the performance of shock absorbers is tested under different environmental conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and humidity to ensure that they meet the quality standards applicable to TGA/TGX/TGS series trucks.
