Product performance and technology
Working principle of shock absorption:
When the vehicle encounters road bumps while driving, the front axle moves upward, and the piston rod is compressed and enters the inner cylinder of the shock absorber. The piston moves inside the cylinder, causing the internal hydraulic oil (if it is a hydraulic shock absorber) or gas (if it is an air shock absorber) to flow through the valve system. The valve system controls the flow and pressure of the fluid according to the movement speed and direction of the piston, generating damping force to consume vibration energy.
Improvement of comfort and stability:
By effectively buffering road bumps, the front shock absorber can reduce vibration and noise in the cab and provide a comfortable driving environment for the driver. At the same time, during operations such as turning, braking, and accelerating of the vehicle, it can maintain the stability of the front suspension, prevent excessive nodding or rolling of the vehicle, and improve the handling performance and driving safety of the vehicle.
