Materials and Manufacturing Processes
High-strength alloy materials: The valve body is usually made of high-strength materials such as aluminum alloy or cast iron alloy. Aluminum alloy has the advantages of light weight and good heat dissipation, which helps improve fuel economy and shifting response speed; cast iron alloy has higher strength and wear resistance, and can withstand greater pressure and torque to ensure the reliability of the valve body during long-term use.
Precision casting and machining: In the manufacturing process, precision casting technology needs to be adopted to ensure that the internal flow channels and chambers of the valve body have accurate dimensions and smooth surface quality. Subsequently, high-precision machining is carried out to ensure that each installation surface, mating surface, and the moving surface of the valve core meet strict dimensional tolerances and surface roughness requirements, so as to achieve accurate shift control and good sealing performance.
