Working Principle and Functional Characteristics
Air Spring Cooperative Work:As an important part of the air spring suspension system, it closely cooperates with the air spring. When the vehicle is running, the air spring is mainly responsible for bearing the weight of the vehicle body and buffering the initial impact of the road surface, while the shock absorber controls the telescopic movement of the spring. For example, when a truck passes over a speed bump, the air spring is compressed first. The shock absorber, through its internal damping structure, suppresses the rapid rebound of the spring and gradually absorbs and dissipates the vibration energy, so that the vehicle passes smoothly.
Damping Performance:The internal damping system can provide appropriate damping force according to the vehicle's driving speed, road conditions and load conditions. At high speeds, it provides sufficient damping to reduce vehicle vibration and sway and ensure driving stability; at low speeds and on rough roads, it can flexibly adapt to frequent small amplitude vibrations and provide a comfortable driving environment for the vehicle. At the same time, the damping force will also be automatically adjusted according to the vehicle's load to ensure good shock absorption effect under different load conditions.

The shell is usually made of high-strength metal alloy, which can withstand long-term vibration, impact and corrosion under harsh weather conditions.
