Installation method
Bolt connection: By setting bolt holes at the upper and lower ends of the shock absorber, high-strength bolts are used to firmly fix the shock absorber on the mounting bracket between the cab and the front axle. This installation method is simple and reliable, and can ensure a tight connection between the shock absorber and the vehicle structure and effectively transmit the shock absorption force.
Bushing installation: Use rubber bushings or polyurethane bushings at the installation part of the shock absorber, and then fit the bushings with the mounting bracket for installation. Bushings can play a role in buffering and vibration isolation, reduce the transmission of vibration and noise, and at the same time can also compensate for dimensional deviations caused by manufacturing and installation errors.
