Working Principle
Shock absorption and buffering principle: When the vehicle is driving on an uneven road surface, the up-and-down vibration of the wheels is transmitted to the shock absorber through the suspension system. The piston inside the shock absorber moves up and down in the cylinder, causing the oil or gas to flow between different chambers. Through the compressibility and flow resistance of the oil or gas, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy and dissipated, thereby reducing the vibration of the vehicle and providing a comfortable riding experience for passengers.
Damping adjustment principle: This series of shock absorbers has adjustable damping characteristics. Under different driving conditions, by adjusting the opening degree of the damping valve or changing the cross-sectional area of the oil passage, the damping force of the shock absorber can be adjusted. For example, when high-speed driving requires better stability, the damping force can be increased to reduce the shaking of the vehicle body; when driving at low speed on a bumpy road surface, the damping force can be appropriately reduced to improve comfort.
