Product performance and technology
Airbag structure: The airbag structure adopts a specially designed rubber airbag. Its structure is similar to a tubeless tire and consists of an inner rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, a cord reinforcement layer, and a steel wire ring. The cord reinforcement layer generally uses high-strength polyester cord or nylon cord. The number of layers is usually 2 or 4. The layers are crosswise and arranged at a certain angle to the meridian direction of the airbag. This structure enables the airbag to withstand greater pressure and load while ensuring good elasticity and durability.
Piston and piston rod: The piston and piston rod are the key moving parts of the shock absorber. The piston moves up and down in the shock absorber cylinder and is connected to the vehicle's suspension system through the piston rod. The piston is equipped with high-precision seals to ensure that the gas inside the shock absorber does not leak and makes the piston movement more smooth, effectively transmitting and buffering the vibration during vehicle driving.
Gas chamber design: The gas chamber is responsible for accommodating and controlling the gas pressure. By adjusting the gas pressure in the gas chamber, the stiffness and damping characteristics of the shock absorber can be changed to adapt to different road conditions and vehicle load conditions. The design of the gas chamber needs to consider the flow characteristics and pressure distribution of the gas to ensure that the shock absorber can work stably under various working conditions.
