Gas spring principle: When the vehicle encounters bumps or uneven road surfaces during driving, the up-and-down movement of the wheels is transmitted to the shock absorber, causing the airbag to be compressed. After the gas in the airbag is compressed, the pressure rises and an elastic force opposite to the direction of the external force is generated, thereby reducing the vibration of the vehicle. The characteristics of this gas spring enable the shock absorber to automatically adjust the stiffness according to the vehicle load and road conditions, providing a more comfortable driving experience.
Damping adjustment principle: In addition to the function of the gas spring, the shock absorber is usually equipped with a damping device inside. The damping device adjusts the damping force of the shock absorber by controlling the flow speed of the oil or gas inside the shock absorber. During vehicle driving, when the piston of the shock absorber moves up and down, it will force the oil or gas to pass through damping holes or valves. By adjusting the size and shape of these damping holes or valves, the flow resistance of the oil or gas can be changed, thereby realizing the adjustment of the damping force of the shock absorber. This can effectively suppress the vibration and shaking of the vehicle and improve the driving stability and handling performance of the vehicle.
