Materials and Processes
Metal Materials: The key metal components such as the cylinder body, piston, and piston rod of the shock absorber are usually made of high-strength alloy steel or high-quality carbon steel. These materials have excellent strength, toughness, and wear resistance, and can withstand long-term high-load working conditions, effectively prolonging the service life of the shock absorber. At the same time, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the components, special treatments such as galvanizing and chromium plating are applied to the metal surface for protective coating.
Rubber Materials: As the airbag is a component in direct contact with gas, the selection of rubber materials is crucial. Generally, high-performance natural rubber or synthetic rubber is selected, and special additives and reinforcing materials are added to improve the strength, elasticity, aging resistance, and oil resistance of the rubber. Through advanced rubber vulcanization process, the airbag has good sealing performance and durability, and can maintain stable performance during long-term use.
