Product performance and technology
These benchmark shock absorbers and cab suspension components usually adopt a structure combining multiple materials such as metal and rubber. The metal part mainly constitutes the frame and connection parts, providing strength and stability for the entire suspension system. For example, the metal components at the connection part are generally high-strength alloy steel, made through forging or precision casting processes to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity.
The rubber parts are used for buffering and shock absorption. For example, in the buffer pads of shock absorbers and the elastic elements of suspensions, the selection of rubber materials is extremely important. It is usually a rubber formulation with high elasticity, wear resistance, and aging resistance, capable of withstanding repeated compression and stretching during vehicle driving
Their connection design is to precisely fit the corresponding vehicle models. The interface part adopts standardized sizes and shapes, closely matching the installation points of the vehicle chassis and cab. For example, bolt connection is used, and the position accuracy of bolt holes reaches the millimeter level to ensure the firmness and stability of installation. At the same time, some connection parts may also be equipped with anti-loosening devices, such as spring washers or nylon nuts, to prevent bolt loosening during vehicle vibration.
