Performance Parameters
Damping Force: It is one of the important indicators to measure the shock absorption effect of shock absorbers. It represents the magnitude of resistance generated by the shock absorber during movement. Appropriate damping force can make the cab maintain stability during driving without being too stiff. Generally, it is adjusted according to factors such as vehicle weight, driving speed, and road conditions.
Spring Stiffness: The stiffness of the spring determines the magnitude of elastic force generated when it is compressed or stretched. For cab suspension shock absorbers, it is necessary to choose an appropriate spring stiffness to ensure good support and shock absorption effects under different loads.
Stroke: It refers to the maximum distance that the shock absorber can extend and contract during operation. Sufficient stroke can ensure that the shock absorber can still effectively absorb vibrations when the vehicle passes over large bumps or undulating roads, preventing rigid collisions between the cab and the frame.
