Working Principle
Based on the compressible characteristic of air, when the cab is vibrated or impacted during vehicle driving, the air in the air spring is compressed or expanded, thereby absorbing and storing energy. And through the internal gas flow and pressure changes, energy is consumed to achieve the effect of shock absorption and buffering.
It works in coordination with the vehicle's suspension system. According to the road condition and the dynamic load of the cab, it automatically adjusts the air pressure and stiffness of the air spring to maintain the balance and stability of the cab and reduce the bumps and shakes felt by the driver.
