Material Selection
Rubber material: The air bellows is mainly made of high-strength, aging-resistant and wear-resistant rubber materials, such as composite rubber of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. This kind of rubber material has good elasticity, flexibility and fatigue resistance, and can maintain stable physical properties and shock absorption effects during long-term use. At the same time, in order to improve the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of rubber, some special additives such as anti-aging agents and antioxidants will be added to the rubber formula.
Metal material: The structural parts of the connecting parts and the main body of the shock absorber usually adopt high-quality metal materials such as high-strength alloy steel and stainless steel. These metal materials have high strength, hardness and toughness, and can withstand large loads and impacts, ensuring the overall structural strength and reliability of the shock absorber. For metal parts exposed to the external environment, such as connection joints, stainless steel materials will be preferred to improve their corrosion resistance and prolong service life.
Sealing material: The quality of sealing parts directly affects the sealing performance and service life of the shock absorber. Therefore, high-performance sealing materials such as fluororubber and silicone rubber are usually selected. These sealing materials have excellent sealing performance, oil resistance and temperature resistance, and can maintain good sealing effects in different working environments to prevent air leakage and oil leakage.
