Shock absorber part
Piston rod:
The piston rod is a key component for transmitting force in a shock absorber. Generally made of high-strength alloy steel, such as chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. This material has good strength and toughness and can withstand the impact force during vehicle driving. The surface of the piston rod will undergo fine processing and heat treatment to improve its surface hardness and wear resistance. For example, after quenching and tempering treatment, the surface hardness of the piston rod can reach a certain Rockwell hardness standard, effectively preventing surface wear during frequent expansion and contraction.
