Rated air pressure: Refers to the air pressure value required by the air spring in normal working condition. The magnitude of the rated air pressure is set according to factors such as vehicle model and load capacity, and generally ranges between 3-10 bar. Correct rated air pressure can ensure the normal operation and performance of the air spring. Too high or too low air pressure will affect the driving stability and comfort of the vehicle.
Effective diameter: Refers to the effective working diameter of the air spring bladder, which is usually matched with the vehicle's suspension system parameters. The size of the effective diameter determines the load-bearing capacity and stiffness characteristics of the air spring. Generally speaking, the larger the effective diameter, the stronger the load-bearing capacity and the greater the stiffness of the air spring.
