Product performance and technology
Airbag Structure: The airbag is a key component of the front air suspension and is made of high-strength, wear-resistant, and aging-resistant rubber material. Inside, it usually has a multi-layer cord reinforcement structure. The cord material is generally polyester fiber or aramid fiber to enhance the tensile and compressive resistance of the airbag. For example, aramid fiber cords have high strength and can withstand the huge pressure of heavy trucks during driving to ensure that the airbag maintains a stable shape and performance under various working conditions. The shape design of the airbag should conform to the front suspension geometry of the Iveco Stralis chassis and is usually cylindrical or a similar shape to effectively bear the weight of the front part of the vehicle.
Air Pipeline and Interface: The air suspension system is equipped with a dedicated air pipeline for connecting components such as airbags and air compressors. The pipeline material is generally high-pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber or plastic material, such as nylon pipeline. The interface part is made of quick connectors made of metal or high-strength plastic to ensure the sealing and stable transmission of air. These interfaces need to have good corrosion resistance to cope with harsh working environments and be able to withstand certain vibrations without loosening or leakage.
