Product performance and technology
Molding process: The manufacturing of air spring airbags usually adopts the vulcanization molding process. Rubber materials and cords are vulcanized at high temperature in a mold to make the rubber and cords closely combined and form an integrated airbag structure. Parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time during the vulcanization process need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the dimensional accuracy, physical properties, and surface quality of the airbag meet the requirements.
Sealing process: To ensure the sealing performance of air spring airbags and prevent air leakage, multiple sealing processes are adopted in the manufacturing process. For example, special sealants or sealing gaskets are used at the connection parts, and the surface of the airbag is coated to improve its air tightness. At the same time, strict air tightness detection, such as helium gas detection, is carried out during the production process to ensure that each airbag has good sealing performance.
