High-quality materials
In the selection of materials, we adhere to the principle of high quality and only select high-quality materials that have undergone strict screening and testing. For components that bear high loads and high wear, such as brake pads and brake discs of the braking system, we use wear-resistant alloy materials with special formulations. This kind of material not only has excellent wear resistance and can effectively extend the service life of components, but also can maintain good braking performance in high-temperature environments to ensure driving safety. For example, for the springs and shock absorber components of the vehicle suspension system, high-strength alloy steel and high-quality rubber materials are used, which can provide a comfortable driving experience while ensuring the bearing capacity and effectively filter road bumps.
Advanced manufacturing processes
To ensure the quality and performance of spare parts and accessories, we adopt a series of advanced manufacturing processes. In the processing of parts, high-precision CNC machine tools are used for cutting, grinding and other processing operations to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the parts. For example, for the transmission gears of Iveco OEM 21418439 model vehicles, through advanced hobbing and grinding processes, the tooth profile accuracy and meshing performance of the gears reach the industry-leading level, effectively reducing the noise and vibration of the transmission during operation and improving the transmission efficiency of the transmission. At the same time, in terms of surface treatment of parts, anti-corrosion treatment processes such as electroplating and spraying are adopted to enhance the corrosion resistance of the parts and enable them to be used stably for a long time under harsh environmental conditions.
