Product performance and technology
Cylinder structure: The cylinder of the shock absorber of the cylinder structure is an important part of it. It is usually made of high-strength metal materials such as high-quality steel. This material has good compression resistance and fatigue resistance and can withstand repeated compressive and tensile stresses during vehicle driving. The inner wall of the cylinder is finely processed to ensure its smoothness to reduce the frictional resistance of the internal piston and oil seal during movement.
Piston assembly: The piston is a key moving part inside the shock absorber. It cooperates with the cylinder and moves up and down in the shock-absorbing oil. The piston is designed with precise orifices and valve systems. The size, quantity, and distribution of these small holes and valves are carefully designed according to the suspension characteristics of the vehicle. When the shock absorber is impacted, the piston moves inside the cylinder, and the shock-absorbing oil generates resistance through these orifices and valves, thereby achieving the shock-absorbing effect. This design can precisely control the damping force of the shock absorber according to different road conditions and vehicle driving states.
Oil seal and seal: To prevent leakage of shock-absorbing oil, oil seals and seals play a key role. High-quality oil seals usually use special rubber materials with good wear resistance and oil resistance. It closely fits between the piston and the cylinder to prevent shock-absorbing oil from seeping out from the gap. In addition, at other connection parts of the shock absorber, such as where the end of the cylinder is connected to the vehicle suspension, there are also seals to prevent impurities such as dust and moisture from entering the inside of the shock absorber and ensure the cleanliness and stability of the internal environment of the shock absorber.
