Product performance and technology
Cylindrical structure These shock absorbers may adopt a traditional cylindrical design, including an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. The outer cylinder is usually made of high-strength metal materials such as high-quality steel, which is used to contain shock-absorbing oil and protect internal components. The inner cylinder cooperates with the piston rod to ensure smooth movement during the shock absorption process. The inner cylinder wall is finely processed to ensure good wear resistance and straightness.
Piston rod design The piston rod is one of the key components of the shock absorber and is generally made of high-strength alloy steel. Its surface undergoes special hardening treatment and polishing to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The piston rod closely cooperates with the sealing element to prevent leakage of shock-absorbing oil and can withstand the huge pressure and impact force during vehicle driving.
Load adaptability For different load conditions of Iveco trucks, these shock absorbers have a certain load adaptive ability. Through reasonable internal structure design and parameter adjustment, they can provide appropriate shock absorption support in different states such as no load, half load and full load of the vehicle. For example, when fully loaded, the shock absorber can provide sufficient stiffness to prevent excessive sinking of the vehicle and ensure driving stability and safety.
